Uploaded files: Files you upload for processing are held in temporary server storage only for the duration of your session. Free-plan files are deleted immediately after download. Pro and Team plan files may be retained for 30 and 90 days respectively as your file history.

Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics data (page views, tool usage frequency) via Google Analytics to improve our service. No personally identifiable information is transmitted to analytics providers.

• Stripe — payment processing. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-DSS compliance.
• Google Gemini AI — powers AI features (chat, summarization, translation). Document content is sent to Gemini APIs to generate responses and is subject to Google's privacy terms.
• Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics.
• Google AdSense — advertising. Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads.

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management) and third-party cookies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings.
