By accessing or using PDFKit at pdf.explorme.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PDFKit provides online PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, signing, protecting, and AI-powered document features. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use another person's account or share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PDFKit to:

• Process files containing illegal content or materials that violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of our service
• Use automated scripts to make excessive requests to our APIs
• Upload malware or files designed to disrupt service operation

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. File Ownership and Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to files you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use your files for any purpose other than performing the requested processing operation. See our Privacy Policy for details on file retention.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDFKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed files will be 100% accurate for all use cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior, with or without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PDFKit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
